- The Talent Stacker Experience Project involved customizing the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) in Salesforce to track program members’ progress, study groups, and experience projects. I built automations to alert staff when members were at risk of falling behind and created reports to monitor engagement and program participation. This solution helped improve member support and program management by providing timely insights and streamlined data tracking.
- Collaborated as part of a 3-person team to design and configure Salesforce NPSP for tracking over 100 program members, study groups, and experience projects. Contributed to building automated alerts and dashboards that improved staff response time to at-risk members by 30%. Partnered with stakeholders to gather requirements and supported user training to boost adoption and data accuracy across the program.
